Backup PlayStation 2 Games | The Pinball Wizard Loses

Arcade games were good while they lasted...as an acne ridden teen. Though I admit to still checking the latest games at the mall from time to time, it is just not the same. Once you get to a certain age it is better to be sitting in your underwear drinking a Sam Adams...like a mature person does.

Miss the Huge Arcades? Backup PlayStation 2 Games

This day and age, utilize the fun backup PlayStation 2 games as substitute. The old arcades are, for the most part gone, the thyroidal games relegated to the basements of the collector and the lucky. It is great now and then to creep back into your care free arcade days. Every now and then you will run across a small bank of arcade games in a pizza place or gas station, but there is an alternative available as close as your living room.

Arcade games feature many of the same sounds and actions from the games you knew and loved as a youth, without the constant cost and the standing around in line for your turn! In addition you will not have to worry about school officials catching you outside of the grounds during school hours. Of course, there are a few concessions and adjustments that you must make when playing the arcade games, but they are not so major that they would affect the enjoyment of the game.

Foremost, you must adjust to the difference in the size- even the larger televisions will not be comparable to the actual arcade game. The sound will remain unaffected, however. Unless you purchase a joystick for your console, you will have to get used to new action controls, by using your game controller. That alone takes some practice. And of course, the advantage of an arcade game is the ability to play again without it costing you another quarter. That is of course if you backup PlayStation 2 games before getting overly revved up.
